Hi , in order to get eligible to appear in neet ug exams you need to score a minimum of 50% which is aggregate marks of physics chemistry and biology in 10+2 if you belong to unreserved category,45% for PWD and 40% for sc/st/obc. 50% aggregate marks means % after adding arks of above mentioned three subjects and not 50% alone in each subject. You have just mentioned your marks of one subject so it's a bit difficult for us to come to a conclusion with marks of one subject alone. Now about you getting a seat I'll say getting a seat in college is based on marks secured in your neet UG alone .
Hope this helps

You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th. So if you have passed in Theory and you secured the  minimum aggregate against your Category, you are eligible for NEET and should you get a medical seat, you can take admission.

If your overall result is 'Pass' snd marks sheet says 'Pass' in Physics, then you are eligible.
