Hello aspirant. I guess this is your NEET rank which is quite good to get you a seat in MBBS department of many government college. Moreover you have 85% state quota. You are expected to get a seat in colleges like Osmania Medical College, Kakatiya Medical College, etc. They have low cut offs which are close to yours and many more. Best of luck.
