Ok! now coming to your answer, since you have qualified JEE mains under PwD category so you hold a very strong chance of getting a seat at NIT.

Now with this rank, you might get a seat at decent NIT. Reason being their is a huge seats left vacant reserved for PwD.  So, I would recommend you to fill out all the choices of your desired college and the desired branch, I'm sure you'll get one from the choices.
