As it is said clearly that without clearing your backlogs you can't be able to step into the any of the engineering institute whether it is Government / Private. So better if there option is there inorder to reattempt that respective paper then try to go with it and clear it such that this year itself you can make your name under any of the engineering institute.

without clearing your 12 backlog you are not eligible to take admission in any of the engineering college so firstly clear your back paper and apply form of universities
