At this rank I would recommend you to put your hopes to colleges at key locations like Noida or Bangalore.

Such colleges are Jaypee College of Engineering Noida or Shiv Nadar University Ghaziabad. Such colleges manage adequate placements to its students owing to their location and if work hard enough, you might get into something bigger.
