As per your query, I want to inform that it is difficult to get a college in Bangalore under AIQ with these marks as the cut off is anywhere more than 570 for Govt. Colleges there, even for OBC category candidates it is higher than 540-560.

As for state quota counselling, you have to have state quota for Karnataka state to avail a seat in Bangalore city. You cannot expect a seat as OBC candidate under state quota also as the cut offs are higher this year than previous years due to the difference in the number of candidates appeared and the highest marks achieved.

However, you can expect a seat in Semi Govt./Private Colleges through state counselling if you are interested in Bangalore.
