It very hard to say which NIT you would get even if you are an SC Catergory student. But if you have an NIT in your home state then you would have a chance there, but which branch would you get is something you would know once counselling is done. Top NITs is definetly not possible, such as warangal. But new NITs like Agartala is possible. Rank your preferred NITs before counselling begins along with your brank frerence, and hope for the best.
