Congratulations on getting such a good rank in toughest exam of india.
Now coming to your ques. ,If you only want cse then probable iits will be guwahati, hyderabad. And all the other iits which are ranked lower than that ie bhu, all the newly made iits. But this is a analysis based on last year cutoffs so it may vary sometimes.
