There are only 15% All India Quota seats for Veterinary colleges. Also, the cut off marks hasn't been declared yet. So it would be hard to predict if you have a chance in government colleges. The cut off last year was around 520+ but since you have reservation, you have chances to get in.

For private colleges, the cutoff marks are around 350+
