Madras school of economics is the reputed college usually seats are occupied in the first day of counselling as you have gotten a good score you are eligible to apply but cut-offs depends on the difficulty level of the paper if there is more aspirants then cutoff would be high otherwise it would be lower .

All the best!

What would you expect this year, will the cutoff came down to 47? Do I've a chance? Comparing it with past years cut off.

Aditi Jain For last year it was 58 . But due to the pandemic many students were unable to attend so due to the current situation cutoff might be little low as compared to last year's .
Its a rough estimate but as there is no second cutoff list in mse you will get seat in first counselling but if there is no chance you will get admission if someone backs off its application . And if someone is saying you are sure to get admission they probably will be wrong .
