First of all congratulations for qualifying the neet exam

As you said you belong to general category then it seems to be difficult to get government mbbs college ,every year cutoff increasing and neet aspirant too
This year 3 student get 720 marks rank 1
And 700-720 score (165 student )

General category - Rank 12348 , score 618
Sc category - Rank 69669 ,score -521
St category - Rank 93479 ,score 492

If you want to get government mbbs college then you can take a drop and prepare for 2022

If you want to get admission in any mbbs college
Then you can try for private college
For this you have to attend the mcc counselling for mbbs

At last I want to say if you don't want to drop them you can join the government college of bhms /bams by attending ayush counselling

Doctor is feel of pride ,only motive should be to treat the patient whether you do mbbs aur bhms/bams
Syllabus is mostly same in mbbs /bhms /bams
So don't think that this course is bad or that after all it's is just depend on your skill
And if you are thinking about the earning then you know every field has some on the top and some on the below so your focus should be on yourself,how can you improve yourself !!
