Hello aspirant,
As you have 48 percentile in JEE Mains your rank will be more than 7 or 8 lakhs but according to previous years rank cut off records of Cummins Women Engineering college, Pune you are not eligible for Computer science program, as closing rank for computer science in Cummins college was around 6000.
You must look for another college which suits you better.
