according to the rank you secured you are ellibible to get into the jntu university with the free seat but without fee consession.

in case you want to get into colleges with some fee reimbuirsment then you have to with affiliated colleges which give free seat and fee reimbuirsement on considering ews certificate.

as your income certificate is above 1lakh you are not elligible to fee reimbuirsement so you need to change the details in the certificate.
