       You have got a decent marks in +2 and it purely depends on your maths physics and chemistry marks. If you have good enough cut off you can get a good college. As there are only few government colleges provodipr chemical engineering, it depends on your cut off. I expect you a minimum cut off of 175 and it alsp depends on your community.
