Yes, of course, there are several government and private colleges where you can get an admission based on your state's CET or on the basis of their privately conducted entrance exam. Some common entrance exams conducted in India by private colleges are: SRMJEEE, VITEEE, MET, BITSAT and AEEE.

Many of these colleges don't even look at your 12th result or your JEE scores for admission.

Hi Ayushman, yeah you can get admission in enginerring college for your percentage of marks. But it is not sure that you can get admission in the top most college and it is also not sure that you can get the course you prefered.
