I got 52% in 12 science so I decided to give improvement and study for jee so by giving improvement is there any problem I will face .

No, you will not face any problem there are many students you use to give improvement exam to increase their percentage in boards exam.

 

According, to the new eligibility criteria you should have 75% marks in your board exam to get admission in NITs/IITs/IIITs and GFTIs.
