Your rank in ts EAMCET depends on both score in EAMCET paper and intermediate marks. Also you have not mentioned about which paper you are asking engineering or medical or agriculture.
Thought on a rough idea if you have 52score and including intermediate in you have around 60 then in engineering you rank may be around 11000 to 16000.
