In 2019,for 525 marks the All India rank was around 35k. The cut off for BCD(male) in RIMS, kadapa was 510 marks for that AIR would range around 43k.So, you have good chances to get a medical seat in RIMS. But the cut off changes every year based on various factors like top marks, toughness of paper, no. of students appeared for the exam, no. of seats available etc. So we cannot say anything for sure.
