See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks through State quota .

As per NEET-2020 ,the cutoff score for Kurnool Medical College,Kurnool through Andhra Pradesh state quota counselling was 533 with a closing AIR of 60829 for a student belonging to non -local area and 483 with a closing AIR of 100949 for a student belonging to local area. Please note that the afore mentioned data is for the OBC category.

As NEET -2021 cutoffs are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's cut-offs or may increase marginally,you have high chances of getting into this college, also because you mentioned that you have CAP quota that is reservation for candidates whose parents are in defence service .
