As you have mentioned that your AP EAMCET rank is 53583 which indeed is very high to get a seat for agriculture engineering in acharya NG ranga University.. If we look over previous year's cutoff then rank below 7600 easily got a seat in the college..
Having said the cutoff changes every year so this year the cutoff is near about 6000 - 7000 which would secure a seat for you...

But looking over your rank.. Your chances to get a seat in the college is almost negligible..
