Hello,
If you have passed in atleast 5 subjects then you will be considered as 12th pass student, and you can get admission in BBA, but if you are not passed atleast in 5 subjects then you will have to reappear for the 12th boards.
Also as you have mentioned that you are failed in maths that means you can't take admission in engineering, architecture or other courses where maths is a main subject.
