PGCET rank is decided on the basis of different factors I'll suggest you to wait until your rank gets officially announced,as ranking in pgcet totally depends upon

• Number of total students qualified.
• Number of students having more marks than you.
• Number of students scored equal or less than you.

Your ranking can be below 2800,but please wait for official cutoff and rankings.
