I understand that you inquiring about your chances of eligibility for the PTE and to answer your question since you've already achieved 5.5 in each of the PT and also obtain the percentage of 54 in class 12 therefore you most definitely e meet the eligibility criteria for the same but please be informed that admission is done only based upon merit and anyone who has better performance than yours might have better chances of admission than you for the same and so to cancel you question in short, yes you have high chances for the same.
