To be Eligible to take the NEET entrance examination you need to pass your qualifying exam with PCBE as main subjects. Other than that you require a minimum aggregate of 60% in PCBE if you belong to the general category. As you've passed each subject individually and your aggregate is  than 60% you seem to be eligible.
