Hey,
Thanks for contacting career360.
Sorry but being in obc category,you are not getting any  government college.if you want an govt.college you need to score atleast 120+ marks in jee main.

But you can apply for good private college.my advice to you is that if you are planning for counseling then go for direct second counselling, because i don't think you will be getting any good college under this marks.
In.second round it may be possible to get addmisision in good college.

I belong to Bihar but i can take government college of any state..

Then its may be posible to get an govt.college since   there is not good engineering institute and many bihari goes other state,like mp.one of my frd has came to mp,and she is bihari and she told reason behind why she choose mp.
If you want go other state then choose mp . It has good private college.
