Dear Divya, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverhless, in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 530
OBC: 523
SC: 397
ST: 385

With 550 marks if you belong to General/OBC Categories, you might get a seat either in Rajamata Vijaya Raje Scindia Medical College or PDU Medical College. But if you belong to SC/ST Categories, you have better chances.  Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Regarding your chances at All India Counselling, log on to the website, go to home page, and go to medical counselling. Open Undergraduate and open composite list. From the information present there you will see you will get an idea of the pattern of previous years. It is also available in downloadable pdf format.
