Going by the data of last year’s closing rank, you may get admission in Accessory Design or Fashion Design at NIFT Shillong. The total number of seats to be offered across all the 16 campuses is only 2,370. So, your chances of admission are quite low. 
 
As of now, the entrance exams of all the popular design institutes are over. So, you may apply in private colleges like Pearl Academy, Apeejay, GD Goenka, Amity, etc. in case you don’t want to drop a year.
