Actually 56 will be your percentile score not raw score.Through percentile score you can't predict your raw score .You can take rough idea about your rank in genral category using this formula:Probable Rank= (100- NTA percentile score) X 874469 /100.For detail analysis wait till NTA decalres raw scores and cuttoff score which will be declared April this year.
With such percentile you won't get any seat in NITs.
You still have one attempt .2nd phase of jee mains is going to held this year.Do well.
