As you know that the jee is the one of the crucial for exam in India and there are limited seats in NIT s and IIIT s but the candidates fighting to admission is near about 40-50  times per seat and it is realy a tough competition among the students .
And the percentile you are saying is not enough to get a good college ( NIT ,IIIT ) , you may get seat in low ranking nits like goa, Srinagar, uttarakhand, Puducherry etc. Only if their is vacant seat available in the special rounds. I would suggest you to work hard and work for the next chance of jee mains or choose a good state or city college.
