You have to tell me your category. Since you have not mentioned your category, I am considering you as a GENERAL Category student.
Now, with just 59 percentile score in JEE Mains, you will not get any preferred colleges in the counselling. With the above mentioned percentile score in JEE mains, your Overall Predicted Rank will be 419430 - 471500 (CRL). Your category rank will be much less, but still it is not much enough to get you some good government colleges with low fees. You have to get admission in some private colleges, but they are little expensive.
Secondly, with 39 marks in AP EAMCET, it is not enough. If you belong to the category of general, u should definitely get 45+ score and for BC you would have get 40+ score. Although, You can have chance to get some colleges, only if belong to any of the categories like SC or ST which have a cutoff score of 35. So, if you belong to any SC or ST category, then you can get some colleges with 39 marks in AP EAMCET.
