Hey,
I think you go for improvement exams. But you should do the hardwork to get good marks in improvement exams. Because now you have one chance to improve your 12th standard marks.

I got 75 marks in chem and physic but in math-34,eng- 49, physical-65. Now you tell me should I go for all papers improvement or math,eng ,physical

You should go for only math, english and physical education. This will help to score more in this three subject.
