In my honest opinion , NOPE. Placement officers will just check your 12th marks just for consistency other than that , its only crucial for getting a good college. Trust me, your college CGPA and GPA is very much important than 12th and 10th mark. GPA decides whether you get to write the placement cell exams or not and your skills will decide whether you get a job or not!
