see its depends on you whether you want to increase score or stay with this score, since you have 60% marks , you are eligible to apply for all private and state government engineering sector,now some of top ranked companies like tata steel, general electric, siemens wants 70% marks in 10+2 course.

so I would suggest you if you want to pursue engineering , please go for tier 1 colleges for good placement opportunity.
