Sorry to say but you cannot get into any NIT eith such a percentile. I'm talking about CSE. However you can apply for other government or private universities.

According to the percentile mentioned in the question your approximate rank would be near about 3.5 Lakhs and on the basis of this rank you cannot get any of the NIT with CSE branch even if you belongs to the reservation category of PwD.

I would recommend you to appear for second attempt of JEE-Main and try to hit the target of at least 35 percentile so that you can easily get CSE in some lower NITs and for top NITs you have to score above 98 percentile for your category.
