i got 61 % in my class 12 board exam what are my best college options for engineering

There are no government colleges that accept direct boards scores for admission into Btech engineering courses. You need JEE or CET or other such entrance examinations score only to apply. But yes through the management quota, you can get admission into some of the engineering colleges like -

  • Bharati Vidyapeeth University College of Engineering.
  • MIT College of Engineering, Pune.
  • G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering & Management.
  • Maharashtra Institute of Technology [MIT-WPU]
  • Flame University
  • Ajeennkya D.Y. Patil University
  • Sinhgad Academy of Engineering, Pune
