Hey, sorry to tell you but your rank is not that much good. According to previous years cut off of these top colleges its very tough that you would get admission in them.

As per your rank in CEE Assam 2019 you do have some chance for getting a decent college but your chances area bit low.
But definitely you won't be able to get the top/best college under CEE.
