You are not qualified with these marks if you are from general category well if you are from sc st your category rank would be between 10k to 11k so with this much category rank youu wont get any iiit but still you can get any nit with some lower branch because of your home state quota so if there is any nit in your state cheers and if not dnt give up try again work hard .best of luck
