According to the previous data,if you get 61 percentile in the JEE mains paper 2,then you have very less change to get seat in the colleges.So better to write the exam again in the month of April . And also make a plan for the exam and prepare according to it.And prepare more previous paper to know how the questions are going to given in the question paper.

You need to provide your category and home state. because the cut-offs and ranks differs for the home state guys and other states.
For your percentile you can predict your rank by using the formula:(100-your total percentile)*112679/100. and here 112679 is the number of candidates appeared for the exam and it changes after the april exam because the number of candidates increases.
