Considering your score in entrance exam is 61.75 and that your Graduation score is 6.75 CGPA you seem to have a good chances for admission in PU.
There are 300 seats each for LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres.
So considering the fact that your entrance rank is quite good but your graduation marks are quite decent so your chances seem fair. There are fair chances for Chandigarh campus and even better chances for regional centres. So wait for the final ranks to be out along with all the weightage added if any for a better estimate. But as of now chances seem fair.
