For your JEE Mains Paper-1 percentile your Overall Rank may be in between 388740 - 437000. With this rank you can't get seat in NITs or good Private Engineering Colleges.

You have to try for another attempt and this time prepare well and score well.

To get seat in NITs you really require good good rank. Opening and closing rank differs from NIT to NIT. Same thing with IIT.
