you have low rank and as per the previous year cutoff you will not get any nit in usual rounds. Though in spot round there is a little chance of you getting nit or iiit. You can opt for spot round. Check JEE main cutoff

Hey, 

Yes you can still get into national institutes of technology bit they wont be the 1st or 2nd tier. You can aim for the 3rd tier NITs which are not so bad either. But if you have given any other entrance exam, keep your options open.
