With 63 marks you might be getting a rank around 30K-35K . with this rank you will get many average and few  good colleges in mysore bangalore and mangalore. But for CSE with this rank chances of getting a good college is tough.

For example : if Bangalore in concerned then you might get: KLE, Acharya, BNMIT, Christ, Jain, SJC etc etc etc.

 If Mangalore in concerned then you might get: NMAMIT, ALva, MIET etc. But in these collges you will not get CSE but other branches like MEchanical, EIE etc

And you might land onto some of the very good colleges too like SIT Tumkur, DSCE but you will have to make a compromise with the branch like the above colleges. So, getting CSE in top colleges is quite tough and almost not possible with this score but you may try for Instrumentation in colleges like SIT, Tumkur.
