If you are general then it is very hard for you. Your rank should be around 3,93,803  so it is very hard to qualify.

You can get addmission in privet college.

Or you drop one year prepare your self enough and then go for better college like NIT or IIT

If you have a 63 percentile in JEE Mains, you will not be able to qualify for the exam and thus will not be able to get into any college through JEE Mains. If money isn't an issue, you can also pay extra to get into certain good private universities.
