I Wish to inform you that at this score you have cleared the NEET Entrance exam you can definately go for the Counselling procedure but considering the level of the paper you can not expect a MBBS/BDS seat this year in a government collage .But if you can afford then you should go for  a private MBBS/BDS collage  or you can opt for other courses  like the BAMS,BHMS .

The NEET cutoff marks for general category , this year are 147 and since your score is more than 147 , youstand qualified for NEET and can apply for the NEET counselling. Though you have no chances for government colleges , you can hope for seats in deemed universities and privare colleges.
