Hello aspirant,

I am so sorry to say that for admissions to NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs, Candidates need to have secured a minimum 75% marks in class XII  conducted by the respective board. For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria are to secure 65% marks in class XII or equivalent exam. So you can not make to entrance examination.

Best of luck!!

Hi Mayank,

It all depends on two factors-

1. Your category- If you are from general, then you need to secure 75% overall in 12th.

But if you are from sc, st or obc, you need to score 65% overall.

You do not fulfill this criterion, so the second option is,

2. You must be in the top 20 percentile of your state board.

Hope this information helps you.

All the best!!!
