Your general rank will be above 3.5 lakh based on your percentile in the jee mains; with this rank, you will not be able to qualify for the general category of the jee mains and you will not be eligible for the general category of the jee advanced.

But you don't need to get upset. Try hard and give your best next year.

So, with regard of you're query. For the percentile of 64 there tough chances to appear in JEE advance exam. If you're in general category. Because the recent year's  cut off are varying in 87 and 90 in the general category.

It's quite difficult to predict JEE mains qualifying cutoff to be eligible for JEE advanced examination as it keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like :-

******number of students that appeared in the jee main exam,

******kind of marks obtained by them ,
