Hello very nice to see you ask questions like this.If you have some kind of reservation assume that your rank would go at least 3,000 ranks above mine.(One of my friend and I are sitting in the same class now with a difference of 8,000 ranks because he has a BC caste reservation)
But without reservation you could get a rank in excess of 17k.
To get into a pretty decent college through the TS EAMCET,you have to score a minimum of 75 to 80.This score with a good IPE percentage will plummet your rank past 10,000 for sure and various good Colleges will open their gates for you.
You have got good points that is 10 so your rank many change near 15k also.
