                   Most of the engineering colleges take admission on basis of JEE MAINS rank. So, according to your 12 th results, you are not eligible for colleges under JEE MAINS through JOSAA counselling (as according to eligibility criteria of JEE MAINS : 75% aggregate in boards for general & 65% for SC/ST) but you are eligible for all colleges in Uttarakhand whom takes the admission on the basis of JEE MAINS rank.
Also some colleges accept the rank of UKSEE.

Eligiblity : 45% aggregate in chemistry, physics & maths for general & 40% for SC/ST.
