Hi Ram,
If you want to pursue an arts subject in graduation, you can easily do so, provided you fit the requirements of the college you are applying in. There are many arts subjects like Law, Fashion etc which a student with PCM/B can also pursue. Refer to the admission process and requirements of the college yoy are interested in.
