In this era of cutthroat competition scoring just 67 percentile won't help you get a seat in any of the NITs. I am really sorry to say you this.You need to work harder. Try doing better in jee main cycle 2.

Clear up all  your doubt. Work harder. Try getting you basics stronger. Practice more problems. Try getting a 95+ percentile this time.

see at this score you have very less chances for admission in nits even for your category.

however cutoff score depends on certain factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, students category, choice of stream etc. however if you are again appearing for jee main exam then try to score around above 95 percentile to score better rank and possibility to get admission in nits.

Considering your category too,their are very less chances for you to get into any NIT unless you belong to North-east states where cutoff generally goes low.

PS,I'm considering 67 as your percentile.
